I had a great experience with Mike at Premier Roofers. My house had just gone on the market when an issue with the siding suddenly came up, and Mike was here the very next day. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient throughout the visit. He also took the time to answer my questions about the ridge vent and reassured me that it was in good shape. Our experiences with Premier have been excellent. Mike and his crew helped us with a repair that other companies weren't really trying to do without selling us an entire roof. This led us to calling them back when it was time for a new roof.  That experience was as simple as it gets. No pressure, easy going, and pricing was excellent. Like everyone else has already mentioned, Premier Roofing and the owner Mike is amazing.  Mike owns the company and his no-pressure meeting was great - he's not a sales guy per say, just someone who explains his products and services.  He sells his services by taking the time to explain whatever you need - and he has spent HOURS with me over multiple trips - before I even signed anything.  He's also ON TIME for his appointments - something I found is not common with many of the roofers I talked to.  His prices were actually the best of all the quotes I got for roofing, siding and gutters.  He was one of the recommendations from my insurance company, but I can pick anyone - I picked him.  If you're looking for a REAL roofer - pick him, not one of those storm chasers that knock on your door. When our 29 year old roof needed repair, we reached out to several companies, big and small. Premier Roofing was referred to us with some other companies and some we found on our own. The owner, Michael, came out to meet with us for the consult and spent so much time answering our questions as we had no prior knowledge of total roof replacement. We chose Premier Roofing LLC because we were most impressed with Michael and his company, business values, knowledge, conscientiousness, punctuality and dedication. There were no stories of business scare tactics for people who had never gone through a total roof replacement before, just honest answers and information. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Evan, the project supervisor, met with us to pick out the materials on a very cold and blustery morning. He was also punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. For the morning of install, we had asked Michael if the team could arrive a little bit later to accommodate our schedule that particular day. The team did exactly that and Evan was there the entire time as well. Michael came to check on the project at the halfway point and called us to reassure us that everything was going as planned and looked great. On the day of install, Michael also shored up a siding board that was loose which we had noticed before the install started, and Evan intercepted a package for us and kept it safely tucked away from debris. Even though we had asked the men to start a little bit later at 8:00AM, they were still finished within 8 hours, set-up to clean-up. It was like it never happened! The team cleaned out our gutters with a leaf blower and went around with a huge magnet to get any nail debris. They also did our neighbors’ yards and said they would come back out if there was any more debris, at our home or our neighbors’ homes. They kept their promise. We had experienced some very heavy rains afterwards, and Michael came back to make sure our gutters were completely free of nails and got some debris cleaned out of our attic. That was so appreciated! It was unrelated, but also about two months later, one of our gutters was clogged, and the other one had a crack in it and water was just pouring out during a few recent storms. Michael came back and sealed it, and cleared out the other gutter which ended up just being lots of leaf debris. We are very thankful and grateful for all the professionalism and service Michael and his team have provided, and we are extremely satisfied with the CertainTeed product. We reached out to Mike regarding a small repair needed at our property. He replied promptly, gave us an estimate over the phone, and then came out the next day to assess the wind damage and provide a written quote. Despite the job being relatively minor, Mike completed the work quickly and kept us updated by calling once everything was finished. Even after the job was done, Mike continued to respond to our questions with professionalism and quickness.
